Prepare the Master Validation Plan for production equipment and processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate the execution of qualification and validation activities. Support internal and external audits and manage quality risk assessments.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Qualification and Validation with knowledge of applicable regulations. At least 3 years of personnel management experience.
