Manage sales indicators on a daily and monthly basis. Conduct daily meetings to inform the sales team about progress towards goals. Provide daily coaching to the sales force and implement sales strategies for product commercialization. Conduct periodic market studies to identify customer needs and competitor behavior.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience as a Sales Manager is essential. Specific knowledge of sales methodologies and objection handling is necessary. Proven ability in product management and execution at the point of sale.
