Legal Analyst

Review and prepare commercial contracts including NDAs, technology agreements, and marketing agreements. Draft corporate minutes for assemblies and board meetings in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. Process banking powers and maintain updated shareholder books while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

Recent law graduate or in the process of graduating. English proficiency at B2 level or higher for contract review. Knowledge in corporate law, commercial law, and data protection.
