Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in Merchandising, Purchasing, Commercial, or Category Management within retail, supermarkets, or mass consumption companies. Proven experience leading perishables categories, particularly in Rosticería, Refrigerados, Panadería, and Embutidos.
