EYWhat You'll Do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders. Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs. Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and support engagements. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
What We're Looking For
4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience. Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. Strong functional configuration expertise. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
