Payroll Assoc Analyst

Analyze, document, and execute end-to-end payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Process and maintain payroll information within payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Perform payroll control validations by reconciling multiple data sources and verifying compliance with pay rules, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field. Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes is desirable. Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong English oral and written communication skills.
