What You'll Do
Oversee and ensure finance and accounting processes of the Honduras Operation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all registers and financial reports. Supervise finance and payroll teams to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting and support decision-making processes. Present financial reports as required by Government Institutions and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification is desired. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Business process outsourcing (BPO) experience preferred.
