Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the facilities. Supervise the repair and replacement of damaged or defective equipment and furniture. Maintain updated records of maintenance work performed and schedule future interventions. Manage the procurement process, including requesting quotes, comparing prices, and placing orders.

Requirements

Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate environments. Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
