Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and SMS channels, managing end-to-end delivery of campaigns in Klaviyo. This includes developing automated flows, preparing creative briefs, reviewing metrics, and converting discussions into actionable next steps.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2–4+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, proficiency in Klaviyo for campaign setup and automation, and experience managing SMS marketing programs. Strong project management skills using tools like ClickUp or Asana are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
