Risk Operations Associate, Partner Risk Operations (CDMX)

Investigate partner and merchant activity, identify relevant risks and facts, and take appropriate action based on established policies and sound judgment. Own complex cases from end to end, including research, decision-making, documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-through. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational processes and risk requirements.

1.5+ years of experience in risk operations, fraud prevention, investigations, disputes, chargebacks, financial intelligence, trust and safety, compliance, payments, or any related operational roles. Advanced conversational English fluency. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work 100% in office, from Monday through Friday, from Stripe’s Mexico City office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 180.
