Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for achieving sales quotas for a new Sales & Trade Hub solution targeting manufacturers and distributors across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. This involves leading commercial efforts, identifying key clients in FMCG and related sectors, and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5–7 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or supply chain roles, preferably within FMCG or retail, with proven experience selling to manufacturers and understanding distributor dynamics. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with strong knowledge of supply chain processes and commercial planning.
