The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, planning and monitoring daily progress for renewals, upselling, downselling, cancellations, and loyalty meetings with Key Account Managers. Responsibilities also include leading improvement projects for the Key Account Manager segment and generating business opportunities through relationship strategies with key real estate accounts.

Requirements

Candidates must have a university degree in fields like Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management, along with strong sales planning and forecasting skills, and experience with CRM and sales tracking tools. Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies, experience in the real estate industry, and multilingual skills, especially English and/or Portuguese.
