Core Responsibilities

Own the global HubSpot infrastructure for the Customer Success team, driving account assignments, territory mapping, and data hygiene. Design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase to transform raw data into actionable insights. Lead the technical setup for customer-facing campaigns worldwide, defining segments and collaborating with Growth Marketing. Serve as the global point of contact for operational inquiries and lead training for new hires across regions.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Data Analytics, or a similar role with exposure to complex, multi-market environments. Direct experience with HubSpot or a major CRM, with proficiency in workflow automation and report generation. Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets for data manipulation. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for automating operational tasks.
