Core Responsibilities

The primary goal is to provide exceptional Relationship Care on every interaction to drive brand loyalty by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and solving issues. Responsibilities include evaluating and analyzing account information for existing Commercial customers and recommending tailored solutions and relevant offers to deepen engagement.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in writing and speaking advanced Dutch and English, and possess customer service experience focused on building loyalty through strong communication and listening skills. The role requires resiliency in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, creative problem-solving, and availability for Monday to Friday shifts between 8 am and 2 pm, sometimes including holidays or weekends.
