What You'll Do
Develop end-to-end software using code agents as the main tool, ensuring clear methods for context, specification, review, and testing. Create and maintain skills, templates, instructions, tools, and checks that enable agents to transform business definitions into production-ready code. Translate business domains into autonomous agents integrated with company systems, ensuring quality in production through defined evaluations, tracing, and metrics.
What We're Looking For
Solid background in software engineering, computer science, or systems built in production with independent architectural decisions. Experience in full-stack development, capable of working across different parts of a system. Consistent experience using code agents as a central part of the development process, with a focus on quality and reliability.
