Manage the delinquent portfolio, ensuring the profitability of solutions. Negotiate with clients to resolve their credit issues in accordance with regulations and policies. Achieve recovery goals set by the institution and generate necessary reports on the results of your actions.

At least 6 months of experience in field collection. High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred or in progress. Basic knowledge of financial calculations and techniques for collection.

The position requires on-site attendance at various offices in Mexico City and the metropolitan area. Your recovery zone will be assigned based on your residence.
