Accompany the process of receiving, evaluating, and prioritizing Fintech initiatives impacting ITAC, ensuring consistency between Administration and Control areas. Co-lead Q-Planning with the ITAC product team, facilitating prioritization sessions based on impact, risk, and compliance. Maintain a Master Calendar of critical milestones, controlling changes entering or leaving the quarter. Lead automation initiatives with ITC to eliminate manual processes in Administration.
Requirements
Experience in IT process management, demand governance, or technical PMO, ideally in Fintech or financial services environments. Knowledge of Administration and Control processes. Experience applying Generative AI for process productivity. Proficient in Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro, and workflow tools like N8N or VerdiFlows.
