Auto Loan Customer Service Associate

Handle inbound or outbound calls with existing customers. Educate customers on account status and assist in solving problems or securing payments. Maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team and meet or exceed production goals.

Must be 18 years or older. A minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service is preferred.
