What You'll Do
Attend to associates in the Individual segment, identifying financial solutions that meet their needs. Manage and develop a portfolio of predominantly Individual associates, prospect new members, and control credit operation collections in cases of default. Provide assistance to associates and other interested parties.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields. Desired postgraduate degree. Experience in customer relationship management in the Individual segment. Certification from Anbima is necessary for this position.
