Core Responsibilities

This role involves leading the development and execution of the integrated marketing strategy for the Affluent segment across several Central American and Caribbean countries, focusing on translating consumer insights into premium brand narratives and experiences. Key duties include designing and executing 360° marketing campaigns, managing agency partners, leading media strategy, and overseeing the regional marketing budget for these initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 5 to 8+ years of experience in brand, 360, or segment marketing, with demonstrated experience targeting luxury brands or Affluent/high-net-worth consumer segments. A strong understanding of Affluent consumer behavior and expertise across ATL, digital, paid media, and performance measurement are essential, along with advanced English proficiency.
