Lead the software engineering team in building scalable solutions in Java. Mentor team members on best practices and technical development. Drive the adoption of AI tools to automate tasks and optimize the development cycle. Support the architecture of systems that integrate LLM services via API.
What We're Looking For
Solid prior experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead working with the Java ecosystem and Spring Boot. Proficiency in microservices architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs. Experience with messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ and relational/NoSQL databases. Practical experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM integration in applications.
