[Job - 30754] Engineering Manager, Brazil

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, promoting autonomy and collaboration. Work with Product Managers and Designers to define vision, roadmap, and priorities. Guide the use of Flow agents to enhance productivity and quality of solutions. Collaborate with architects on architecture evolution, ensuring scalability and security.

Experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with people management responsibilities. Solid background in software development and modern architecture. Experience in building or evolving digital products in complex environments. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product innovation practices.

Presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Region office is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
