Review and implement strategies to improve Loss Prevention KPIs, particularly regarding damaged, delayed, lost, and stolen products. Analyze statistical data to identify trends affecting future loss prevention efforts and develop applications using AI tools for efficient trend detection.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Processes, or Administration. Experience in personnel management, crisis situations, and logistics centers. Proficient in data analysis with dynamic tools like Excel and dashboards, and experience with Tableau or AI management.
