FinCrime Operations Team Lead

Develop and oversee the daily operations of a team of FinCrime Operations Analysts or Specialists. Ensure effective mitigation of financial crime risks while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Coach and mentor team members, providing tailored guidance and managing performance issues effectively. Measure team and individual KPIs to ensure performance targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Experience in financial crime prevention, KYC/AML/Fraud/Screening. Strong people leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence. Ability to develop compliant and scalable processes. Proven track record in managing performance and driving high-quality results.

This is a hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazil, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. Candidates must be able to commute to the office or be open to self-relocation.
