Lead the management and execution of Mine Maintenance, defining strategy and ensuring necessary resources for implementation. Supervise the application and effectiveness of safety and health plans in all activities, ensuring 'zero harm'. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans in maintenance processes, monitoring their effectiveness according to company strategic definitions.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. At least 15 years of experience in large-scale mining, with significant experience leading maintenance of high-tonnage mobile fleets. Proven experience in senior leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Work schedule from Monday to Friday. On-site work modality at the Los Bronces site. Residence in the Metropolitan Region.
