Staff Product Designer II - AI
NeonCore Responsibilities
Lead the creation of new products from 0 to 1, integrating GenAI into user experiences. Ensure high-quality visual and interaction design, creating high-fidelity prototypes. Connect with stakeholders and C-Level to advocate for design vision and influence product strategy based on data and storytelling. Mentor other designers and contribute to the evolution of the Lúmen Design System.
Requirements
Proven experience solving complex problems in digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI, motion, and information architecture. Experience applying Generative AI in user flows and a solid understanding of business viability. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and mediate technical conflicts.
