Core Responsibilities

The primary objective is to maximize sales, revenue, and subscriber growth through outbound calls by signing up new customers and upselling existing ones. Main duties involve positioning services, enhancing customer experience, handling escalations, documenting requests, and managing service adjustments and orders.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of five CXC CSEC subjects, including English Language and a numerical subject. Required experience includes at least six months in ICT, Telecoms, or BPO sales, along with strong skills in sales, communication, and working under pressure.
