Main duties involve positioning services, enhancing customer experience, handling escalations, documenting requests, and managing service adjustments and orders.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of five CXC CSEC subjects, including English Language and a numerical subject. Required experience includes at least six months in ICT, Telecoms, or BPO sales, along with strong skills in sales, communication, and working under pressure.
