Indirect Product Purchasing Supervisor

Supervise, monitor, coach, and develop employees across different locations while building an effective global team. Serve as the indirect purchasing lead for new systems implementations, including SAP and SAP S/4HANA. Manage supplier relationships and operational performance, optimizing the supplier footprint to improve efficiency and value. Identify risks and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders, leading the team through new methods and initiatives.

Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing employees. Experience in indirect purchasing, procurement operations, supplier management, or a related function. Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including the ability to present vision and strategy clearly. Ability to influence others and drive the adoption of new concepts and practices.

This position requires the employee to be hybrid 3x per week on-site. The role is not eligible for relocation benefits, and any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
