Core Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for preparing journal entries, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, finalizing intercompany reconciliation, and ensuring the integrity of the entire Report to Record process. They must also find process gaps, provide improvement recommendations, and support project tracking and reporting tasks.

Requirements

This role requires proficiency within analytical or operational processes, completing assignments based on established procedures, and possessing developed skills across various processes, procedures, and systems. Candidates need vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum typing speed of 20 WPM.
