IT Financial Operations & Vendor Management Analyst

Manage day-to-day financial operations for IT cost centers and services. Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor invoice processing from receipt through approval and payment. Perform monthly chargeback calculations and allocations for IT services and assets. Analyze spending trends, budget performance, and variances; develop management reporting.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline. Experience supporting financial operations, procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, or IT financial management. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP, OneSRM, Concur, advanced Excel reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hybrid office environment with significant interaction across finance, procurement, vendor, and IT organizations.
