Core Responsibilities

The Associate Account Manager will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary contact, supporting renewals, and identifying growth opportunities in partnership with Account Managers. Responsibilities also include monitoring account health, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in SaaS or using CRM tools is considered a plus, and applicants must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland.
