Associate Technical Account Manager / SQL advanced (Remote - Mexico Only)

The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and coaching users on best practices. They will also analyze data patterns to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to strategic customer engagement and value realization.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with advanced SQL and relational database skills. Experience with Sales Performance Management and hands-on knowledge of Varicent software products is strongly preferred.
