The role involves managing the technical sector of Learning (education) and Livelihoods by developing and contextualizing project models and methodologies focused on building sustainable education and livelihoods for families in the Dominican Republic. This includes leading national economic development and livelihood projects, providing technical advice, and ensuring monitoring and accountability processes.
Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in relevant fields like Economics or International Development, preferably with a Master's degree, and at least 5 years of experience in local economic development and sustainable livelihoods, demonstrating success in program design and implementation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including local governments and NGOs.
