This role involves leading workforce reporting, overseeing training, and shaping the HYN program strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective staffing aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, or HR, along with 3 to 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations management, or staffing strategy. Essential qualifications include proven ability to manage SLAs, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and data visualization.
