The Operations Coordinator drives workforce execution by translating operational data into staffing decisions for Court and USCIS operations, managing demand, capacity, utilization, and SLA performance. This role involves leading workforce reporting, overseeing training, and shaping the HYN program strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective staffing aligned with business needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, or HR, along with 3 to 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations management, or staffing strategy. Essential qualifications include proven ability to manage SLAs, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and data visualization.
