Associate Data‑Focused Technical Account Manager (Remote - Mexico Only)
VaricentCore Responsibilities
The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and analyzing data to drive customer value. They will also assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coaching users on best practices to ensure optimal performance of Varicent solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with strong SQL and data manipulation skills. Proficiency in relational databases and Microsoft Excel is mandatory, while experience in the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.
