Understand the technology category of the company, including supplier portfolio and cost structures. Map and analyze the supplier ecosystem to identify optimization opportunities. Lead complex negotiations with technology suppliers to reduce costs and improve contracts. Implement initiatives that generate financial gains and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Consolidated experience leading Strategic Sourcing and Category Management processes for large-scale technology services. Experience structuring and conducting RFPs, RFIs, and supplier due diligence. Proven negotiation experience with complex contracts, including SLAs and compliance regulations.
