The Training Manager is responsible for designing and executing the learning and development strategy to improve operational performance and reduce time-to-productivity. This includes leading the training team, aligning training with quality monitoring, and implementing AI for content distribution.

Requirements

Requires a university degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or related fields with at least 4 years of experience in L&D and 2 years leading teams in contact centers or financial services. Candidates must be proficient in instructional design and capable of connecting business metrics to actionable training plans.
