Core Responsibilities

What You'll Own: End-to-end podcast production: planning, coordination, editing, and publishing (2 episodes/month). KPI tracking: subscriber growth, watch time, and conversion data via tracking links and referral codes. Content repurposing: turn episodes into LinkedIn posts, Instagram/YouTube Shorts, and newsletter content. Content calendar management, aligning podcast guests and themes with broader marketing goals. Hypothesis-driven testing: propose, run, and iterate on content distribution strategies. Performance reporting with clear, measurable results.

Requirements

What We're Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on podcast production and/or digital content experience Real numbers to back your work: views, watch time, subscriber growth, conversion rates. Proficient with AI tools for editing, thumbnail creation, and analytics, no ramp-up expected. Strong content strategy mindset: you think in funnels and audiences, not just episodes. Clear, natural communicator in writing and on calls. Self-directed and reliable; you don't need to be chased for updates. Based in Latin America with availability to overlap with EST business hours.
