Core Responsibilities

The role acts as a bridge between client business needs and the Odoo ERP solution by gathering requirements, designing functional solutions within the standard system, configuring modules, and supporting user adoption for successful implementations with minimal customization. Key functions include requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, technical coordination for custom developments, functional testing, user training, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

Candidates must possess functional mastery of key Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting) and a solid understanding of corporate business processes like the sales cycle and supply chain. Required experience includes 1 to 3 years in ERP implementation (Odoo preferred) and experience working with B2B clients, along with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
