The Paid Growth Lead owns paid acquisition end-to-end across all major channels, responsible for building, scaling, and systematizing the company's paid growth engine rather than just running campaigns. This involves owning budget, channels, experimentation, and tooling, while shipping weekly and aggressively automating workflows.

Requirements

Candidates need 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-moving environments, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok, and comfort using SQL for raw event data analysis. High fluency with AI tools, automation, and experience scaling ad production are core requirements for this builder role.
