Core Responsibilities

The main duty is to contribute to the budget fulfillment for FOSFEC resource placement by advising, training, and monitoring the publication and occupation of assigned company vacancies. This involves promoting employability services via telemarketing and ensuring correct internal process flow, including updating SISE and Salesforce applications.

Requirements

Candidates must have a technical or technologist degree, or be a student in at least the fourth semester of administrative, commercial, social, or humanistic programs, preferably with training in Human Talent. A minimum of one year of experience is required in areas like customer service, service promotion, commercial management, or field work supporting user registration or recruitment processes.
