Compliance Lead Cluster North - Allergan Aesthetics

Lead, execute, and enhance the local Ethics & Compliance Program in alignment with company standards and legal requirements. Serve as the primary in-country advisor on anti-corruption and compliance matters, providing risk-based guidance. Collaborate with affiliate leadership and stakeholders to strengthen a culture of integrity and ensure effective operation of compliance program elements.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, Audit, Regulatory, or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in designing and implementing compliance programs, preferably in multinational companies and regulated environments.
