What You'll Do
Monitor and analyze the infrastructure and application components proactively to prevent business impacts. Manage, execute, and control all IT service demands. Execute releases and support operational processes for IT changes in production.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Basic knowledge of Internet/Intranet, Z/OS, TSO, JCL, CICS, Control family concepts, VSAM, DB2, Connect Direct, EDI software, LAN/WAN, and Excel. Desirable knowledge of basic hardware and software servers, telecommunications, TCP/IP architecture, Netview, and SNA.
