The Operations Assistant supports data collection, monitoring, and information management activities for the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in IOM Guatemala, acting as the operational link between central and field teams. This role involves coordinating and supervising enumerators, providing technical, administrative, and logistical support, and ensuring operations adhere to institutional standards and security protocols.
Requirements
Candidates must have a complete high school education and at least three years of experience in data collection processes related to human displacement or humanitarian assistance, along with proven experience in similar processes and information gathering. Fluency in Spanish is required, and knowledge of national territory and Mayan languages is considered advantageous.
