Lead and execute the agency's planning and actions to maintain and expand the member base. Monitor satisfaction levels and quality of service through digital channels and propose strategies for improvement. Provide financial consulting to members and manage community engagement programs.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Experience as an agency manager or regional manager in financial institutions. Strong knowledge of banking products and services. Active Anbima certification (C-Pro R) is required.
