Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must have completed or be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and possess experience in customer service, preferably within credit recovery or collections. Essential requirements include strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, good verbal and written communication, analytical capacity for process improvement, and a focus on organization and results.
