Core Responsibilities

The role involves live monitoring of daily operations, efficiently managing building emergencies in stores until resolution, and proactively logging incidents for follow-up. The assistant will also act as a contact point for maintenance teams during emergencies and conduct weekly in-person store visits.

Requirements

Candidates must be available to work night shifts and possess excellent observation, organization, and problem-solving skills. Desirable experience includes operations, maintenance, safety/hygiene, or customer service, along with proficiency in basic management tools like Google Sheets.
