The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing segmented retention and loyalty strategies using direct channels like Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp to maximize Customer Lifetime Value and reduce Churn Rate. Key tasks include managing lifecycle automation flows, audience segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing roles, demonstrating proficiency with CRM/ESP platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot. Essential technical skills include basic HTML/CSS for email templates and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, complemented by strong analytical skills and conversion-oriented copywriting ability.
