Labor Relations Assistant Manager

Serve as an internal consultant on labor relations cases, including disciplinary actions and investigations. Prepare hearing documentation and facilitate hearings in accordance with legal standards. Advise senior management on labor-related legal risks and compliance obligations. Draft and implement Internal Work Regulations and employment-related policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in labor relations or employment law in Honduras. Strong working knowledge of Honduran labor legislation and administrative procedures.
