Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI. Optimize performance and profiling of applications. Implement and manage advanced Redis features and PostgreSQL database tuning. Collaborate on AI deployment strategies and evaluate LLM in production environments.

Solid experience in backend development with Python, specifically FastAPI or Django. Proficiency in RAG and LangChain/LangGraph, along with experience in Redis, PostgreSQL, and Typesense. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and production diagnostics.

Presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Region office is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
